Take the Cake / Biscuit

To be the most surprising and annoying thing that has happened or that somebody has done.

e.g. Having to stay late at work on a holiday weekend really took the cake.

(There are sometimes slightly different forms of idioms in US and British English. In US people use the noun cake for this idiom, but in British English people use the noun biscuit instead.)

تعجب برانگیز ترین و آزاردهنده ترین چیزی  یا کاری که اتفاق افتاده و یا انجام گرفته است.

مثال: اینکه مجبور باشی در تعطیلات آخر هفته تا آخر وقت سر کار باشی واقعا آزار دهنده است.

(مردم در زبان انگلیسی برتانیایی از کلمه ی Biscuit در این اصطلاح استفاده میکنند.)
